Cheapest, but delicious food in Malaysia
Nasi lemak
Thsi is 'nasi' rice. 'Lemak' is oil, but it refers to oil, not cooking oil. Oil such as cooking or petrol is called 'minyak'.
Why 'nasi lemak'?
This is because coconut oil is added when cooking rice. So the taste of rice is different from nornal. I thought that even if I sold nasi lemak in Korea, I wiuld live on my own. Coconut oil is expensive, so I have to sell it at a higher price than Malaysia
Nasi Lemak is one of the dishes with the same name among Malaysia dishes, but with a wide price difference. In other words, there are nasi lemaks ranging from very cheap to quite expensive.
